By making a payment, submitting a registration, attending any class or event, or accessing any Viewpoint platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not enroll or participate in any Viewpoint program.

- Physical Products and Returns
Some physical items are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Shipping delays outside our control are not refundable.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval, a refund minus shipping and handling will be issued once the item is verified as defective.
Non-defective returns must be unused, in new condition, and include all original accessories and proof of purchase. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments requiring reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Digital Products and Access
All digital product purchases are final and not eligible for refund or credit. Access periods may vary by program and may be updated or modified as part of normal operations.
Students may not download, screen-record, copy, share, or distribute Viewpoint digital content. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from all programs without refund, permanent denial of future enrollment, and potential legal action.
- Course Registration, Retainer and Payments
- Payment Responsibility
By registering for a program, you agree to take full responsibility for the total program balance from the moment of registration. This obligation remains even if you fail to attend, stop attending, or are removed for misconduct.
This responsibility applies equally whether payment is made directly by the student or by a parent, guardian, sponsor, or any third party. Any individual or entity making payment on behalf of a student accepts the same financial obligations outlined in this Policy.
- Hybrid Retainer (Non-Refundable)
The retainer paid at enrollment covers professional services that begin immediately, including advising sessions, admissions review, registration processing, file creation, account setup, internal coordination, and reserving your place in a limited-capacity program. Because these services are performed immediately, the retainer is fully earned at the time of payment and is 100 percent non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you continue into the program, the retainer is applied toward the program balance. If you postpone, cancel, or do not proceed, the retainer remains non-refundable because the services it covered were already completed.
- Program Payments
All program payments and deposits are non-refundable. Not attending or stopping attendance does not remove responsibility for the remaining balance.
- Transfers and Credits
Credits may be requested, but approval is solely at Viewpoint’s discretion. Credits may not be exchanged for cash and generally expire after one year. Transfers to other programs require written approval and are not guaranteed.
- Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is expected. Viewpoint does not offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for missed sessions regardless of reason. Make-up sessions, when available, are not guaranteed.
- Course Schedule and Adjustments
Schedules may be modified due to instructor availability, holidays, weather, facility needs, or operational requirements. Students are responsible for checking updates. Schedule changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.
- Conduct and Removal
Students must maintain respectful, appropriate behavior. Prohibited conduct includes disruption, harassment, threats, inappropriate language, recording without permission, sharing unauthorized materials, or ignoring staff instructions. Viewpoint may remove students for any violation without refund.
- Payment Plans, Delinquency and Interest
Installment plans are offered as a courtesy. Payment dates are firm. A missed payment may result in suspension of access until resolved. Interest begins on unpaid balances 7 days before the program start date at 4 percent monthly.
Delinquent accounts may be sent to collections, and students are responsible for all associated fees.
- Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback is considered a breach of agreement. If a chargeback is filed, all access is revoked immediately, all discounts and credits are void, and the remaining balance becomes immediately due. A 250 dollar administrative fee applies, and students are responsible for all collection and legal costs. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in permanent denial of future enrollment and legal action.
- Transcript and Documentation Policy
Requests must be submitted in writing. Processing requires 5 to 7 business days. Documentation is issued only if the account is paid and in good standing. Viewpoint may decline documentation for disputes, misconduct, or policy violations.
- Publicity Release
By attending any class or event, you grant Viewpoint permission to use your name, voice, and likeness for educational or promotional purposes. For minors, parental consent is required.
- Confidentiality
Students may encounter confidential information including internal processes, methods, or personal data. Sharing or disclosing such information is prohibited and may result in removal and legal action.
- Non-Disclosure of Course Materials
Students may not copy, record, screenshot, or distribute any course material.
Unauthorized use may lead to removal and legal action.
- Non-Recruitment Agreement
For three years after participation, students may not recruit, hire, or solicit Viewpoint staff or students for any employment or contracting activity without written authorization.
- Training Platform Access
Digital platform access is provided only for the timeframe assigned by Viewpoint. Sharing logins or unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
- Policy Updates
Viewpoint may update this Policy at any time. Continued participation confirms acceptance of all updates.
- Acceptance
By paying, registering, or participating in any Viewpoint program or service, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this Policy.
- Heter Iska
If required under Halachic Jewish law, students agree to sign a Heter Iska to ensure all financial arrangements comply with religious requirements related to Ribbis. Viewpoint will provide the approved document when applicable.
- Achievement and Job Placement
Viewpoint provides skills-focused training designed to help students develop practical, real-world abilities. Completion of any program depends on the student’s own effort, engagement, attendance, professionalism, and commitment.
Viewpoint does not offer employment, nor do we guarantee that completing any course will lead to a job. Any claim or promise of employment as a result of taking a course is unattainable, inaccurate, and should be considered misleading.
As a courtesy, Viewpoint may provide general support intended to help students gain exposure to potential job opportunities. These efforts may include posting available positions on a job bulletin board, fostering a community where opportunities can be shared, and working with independent recruiting agencies when possible. These services are optional and should never be understood as a guarantee, promise, or obligation of employment or placement. All hiring decisions are made solely by outside employers.
By purchasing any item, product or event from this website or from a sales representative of Viewpoint Services Inc, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy If you do not agree to these Policies, please do not purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.
